  • Do carbs make you fat?

No, eating too much makes you fat.

  • So... fat make you fat?

Nope, eating too much makes you fat.

  • Do proteins make you lose weight?

No, (as you have probably understood by now) nothing makes you fat and nothing makes you leaner. Everything depends ONLY on quantity.

  • Eating carb in the evening makes you fat?

    No.

  • I go to the gym. Do I have to take whey protein?

    No, you don’t HAVE TO.

You can. But you can not, too.

  • Is breakfast the most important meal of the day?

    No.

  • Do I have to have 5 or 6 meals per day?

    No.

  • I stopped eating pasta, bread and pizza. I feel better and lighter. Am I gluten-intolerant, or celiac?

No. By eliminating those foods you probably have lowered drastically your food intake and your caloric intake. This is the reason behind your feelings.

If you have lost weight too the reason is the same.
